I was introduced to Pilates over 10 years ago, after finding it cured my sciatica. The pain relief was almost instant and long lasting and I was immediately hooked!
I began teaching in 2011, completing the Power Pilates Classical training, which consisted of over 700 hours of teaching, observation and training.
I love my job and am inspired by the way Pilates realigns, motivates, and improves all bodies and walks of life. After having two children in a short space of time, I’ve experienced firsthand how Pilates can strengthen and rehabilitate the body.
I’m thrilled to be back teaching at Pilates Nation and eager to share all of Pilates’ benefits, both physical and mental.
After a class with me you’ll walk out feeling longer and stronger!

I first discovered Pilates when I was working as a model. My agent advised me to give it a go as it would benefit a ‘long, lean’ look. I fell in love with Pilates and went on to study for the level 3 Diploma in Pilates Mat. I later decided after finding classical Pilates to become a fully comprehensive teacher. I am now a level 3 qualified Classical Pilates teacher having completed my comprehensive Classical training with Ali Goodman at Pilates Nation.
I am passionate about the benefits of Classical Pilates and maintained a regular practice which enabled me to bounce back to my pre-pregnancy shape after the birth of my twins.
I believe that Pilates is for everyone, and am experienced in working with prenatal, postnatal, limited mobility and healthy clients alike. I enjoy creating energetic sessions that work on form and flexibility with a mind and body connection.
I look forward to working with you soon.

I am a dedicated Pilates practitioner with over 20 years of experience, I began teaching in 2017.
I first turned to Pilates as a way to relieve chronic back pain caused by the demands of my fast-paced events career. The transformative effects of Pilates were evident after just a few sessions, and I became hooked for life!
Motivated by my personal healing journey, I pursued a certification as a Classical Pilates instructor, training at Exhale Pilates London in 2017. I remain committed to enhancing my skills and regularly attend training and workshops led by globally renowned Pilates instructors.
In today’s fast-paced culture, my mission is clear: to empower my clients to cultivate strong, resilient, and pain-free bodies so they can thrive in their daily lives. I look forward to sharing the joy of Classical Pilates with you!

I fell in love with Pilates when I started my Pilates journey over 18 years ago with a desire for strength and flexibility in my body that came after having my children. It had such a significant impact on me that I wanted to share the power of Pilates with others and so embarked on the training. I have completed a number of Pilates programmes over the years and in April 2023 became a fully certified Romana’s Pilates International Instructor. My passion for Classical Pilates is never-ending and I am dedicated to ongoing learning, attending workshops and seminars to hone my skills.
I strongly believe Pilates is a discipline for everyone. As Joseph Pilates said, “It is complete coordination of body, mind and spirit”. It’s a physical and mental workout which, when practiced with dedication and consistency, creates profound changes in the body which are exciting and satisfying.
My classes are fun, and challenging and my commitment to the classical method means that in even the smallest movements you will feel muscles working that you didn’t even realise existed. Always encouraging, I will be by your side, improving your technique and ensuring that you get the very most out of the class.

My name is Veronika, but most people call me Ronni. I’m originally from the Czech Republic but have lived in London for the last 17 years. My Pilates journey started in 2011, when I fell in love with the Reformer. I used to dance Latino American, Modern Jazz and Disco as a child and I find I am able to use so much of my dance training to inform my Pilates teaching.
I completed my comprehensive Classical training with Alison Goodman at Pilates Nation in 2023 and have been teaching Pilates on all kinds of equipment for 18 months. I also teach a Barre/Mat class which allows me to maintain my dancing practice! When I teach my priority is to focus very much on the individual client and their specific body and needs, and I try to bring this approach into my group sessions as much as possible. I like to challenge my clients within their ability, to find both the stretch and the strength that a Pilates practice brings.
